Bring the brief into focus
Tell us the job title, location, working arrangement, salary parameters, reporting line and reason for hiring. Explain what needs to be delivered in the first few months and which responsibilities cannot be learned on the job. We can then discuss a search grounded in the actual requirement.
Define technical and commercial fit
For Management Accountants, establish reporting ownership, forecasting and sector requirements. For Finance Managers and Financial Controllers, clarify team leadership, controls and accountability. Business partnering and FP&A briefs should identify stakeholders, planning responsibilities and the decisions the analysis will support.
